How to choose healthy bars…

There are many  “so called”  health bars on the market and so many are not good for you!

There is one simple thing to consider when choosing a healthy snack or meal replacement bar.

Look at the ingredients. If you don’t know what the ingredient is, then don’t eat the bar. You want simple ingredients that are natural.

I loved cliff bars, until it I read the ingredients.

Two brands I reccomend are Kind and Lara Bars.
