What you need:
2 tsp – extra virgin organic coconut oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green and red bell pepper chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 lb cooked 93% lean ground turkey breast or grass fed ground beef
1 can kidney beans or pinto beans drained
1 can (15oz) organic diced tomatoes, no salt added
1 cup red wine
1 Tbsp ground chili powder
1/s tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
8 tsp. crumbled goat cheese
Heat oil in sauce pan and add onion, bell peppers, garlic. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, then add turkey, beans, tomatoes, wine, chili powder, salt and red pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and gently boil for 20 minutes, stir occasionally. Add your cilantro, goat cheese and enjoy!

Made this tonight…loved it. I added mushrooms and jalapenos, gave it an extra kick. What serving size do we use, I did red…hope that was right?!?
