Are You Sore?

As odd as it sounds I take a bath every single night, not necessarily to get clean, but for relaxation.  When I don’t have access to my baths during travel or for any other reason that my tub is not accessible, I almost don’t feel complete! It is my special treat and a way to relax after a long day.

Something else that my sound odd, I also always put Epson Salt in my baths! Once again, if I run out of salt and am not able to use it, I REALLY don’t feel complete.

The funny thing is, maybe I am not so strange, it just happens Epson Salt has some amazing uses.

Such as:

  • Soothes Aches, Pains & Stings
  • Helps relieve muscle tension
  • Reduces Stress
  • Minimize Swelling
  • Refresh Skins Appearance
  • Draws Out Toxins

At BMF we are currently working with several folks who are starting new workout regiments and I have heard a couple times this week how sore folks are. THIS IS A GOOD THING! Means the muscles got worked! I get it though, it is not fun not to be able to lift your arms or have to hold onto the chair as you sit. What I recommend is a nice long bath filled with Epson Salt to help relax the muscles and soothe any aches and pains. Works like a charm for me.

The other exciting part is now Epson Salts come in a variety of fragrances that help add to the ambience and relaxation. I personally like the lavender and green tea!

Enjoy you soak!

For soaking:

Pour at least 2 cups of Epson Salt under warm, running bath water. Soak for 20 minutes to relive sore, tired muscles.
