It’s September and the year is almost over. Do you set monthly goals? If not you should! They can be big or small goals. Goals keep you motivated and on track. This isn’t something that should be done once a year. Why not do it monthly or even weekly!
How to set your goals:
- Be specific – set specifics goals don’t be vague.
- Be strategic- what do you need to achieve this month? Have a strategy on how you will achieve your goals.
- Be realistic – make them a stretch but attainable.
- Be confident- have confidence you can and will achieve your goals
