Hello! I’m Hilary and I’m 33 years old. I would say I’m a pretty feisty, driven person. I try my hardest to balance my life by spending time with my family and friends, all while staying healthy and fit. I have a great career and love my job. I of course strive for more and want to continue to grow and be promoted in my career. I was born in Colorado and moved to Texas when I was a junior in High School. I currently live in Dallas, TX! I hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. I’m married to a great man and we have two dog children, Boomer and Gus. We are currently trying to expand our family, beyond our furry children. I’m the oldest child in my family and believe this has lead me to be passionate about helping others! I love to see others succeed. I look forward to joining you on your health and fitness journey.
Hilary’s Fitness Story:
I have always been an active person. I played volleyball and ran track in high school. During college I didn’t work out much and let myself go. After college I made an effort to start working out. I’ve done pretty much every and any fitness program possible. My husband actually jokes with me, about how many fitness memberships I hold at one time. I hate to say this but its usually at least 3. YIKES!
Most people see me as a thin person who doesn’t need to lose weight (believe me I hear this all the time). However, they know little about my personal struggle with my body and goals of how I want to look. I’ve always been in the healthy weight range for my height, but that doesn’t mean I am fit or couldn’t improve. I’ve realized how important nutrition is when trying to get fit. I struggle the most with my nutrition. I love food and I love carbs. I have a hard time with sweets and sometimes portion control. As I get older and my metabolism changes, I need to watch what I eat in order to see results.
I’ve had more success and seen more results with our current fitness/nutrition program. What I love most about our program is the simplicity it brings to my crazy schedule! The workouts are only thirty minutes and the nutrition plan allows me to have a mixture of foods (including good carbs!) It’s easy to follow! I feel more toned and fit than I have ever felt. After three 21 day challenge groups, I’ve lost 8 pounds and I’m seeing more definition in my body and muscles! I’m excited to continue my journey right along side yours!

Jessica’s Fitness Story:
For most my life I have been thin and generally would eat pretty healthy. However, I would be lying if I said I never had to work-out or cut calories even during my thinnest days. Unfortunately, as age and a busy schedule had caught up with me it has been harder and harder to maintain and I ultimately hit my heaviest weight ever in the summer of 2014.
Over the last few years, I have done it all from joining multiple gyms, waking up at 4:30am to go to boot camp and also trained and ran a half marathon. Nothing has changed my body as quickly as my current fitness and nutrition program. The great thing is, is that it has been such an easy program, with the shorter workouts at home or in my hotel room to fit my crazy work and “Mom” schedule, with most of the heavy lifting coming from my change in nutrition.
My progress has been pretty remarkable, in a period of three months; I am down 12 pounds and over 9 inches total. I honestly feel better than ever! I look forward to continuing to get more fit and healthier each day and hope you decide to join us in this exciting journey.
